Stahl Consulting Group is a premier provider of forensic accounting and litigation consulting services in Central Florida specializing in business valuation, tax and investigative accounting services. We consult and provide expert testimony in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, eminent domain, tax and matrimonial proceedings in Tampa, Orlando and surrounding areas. Briggs P. Stahl, CPA / ABV / CFF, CBA - PRESIDENT
Briggs Stahl is the President and Founder of Stahl Consulting Group, P.A. The firm's advisory activities include forensic accounting services in matrimonial, commercial and eminent domain; business valuation and litigation consulting services. Mr. Stahl has over 25 years of experience in litigation consulting and has testified as an expert and provided expert opinion in business valuation, family law, eminent domain, business damages, trusts and estates matters on over 400 occasions.
Mr. Stahl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in Florida and Kentucky. He is accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has been a certified as a Business Appraiser (CBA) by the Institute of Business Appraisers.
Diane L. Womack CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE - SHAREHOLDER
Diane Womack is a Director at Stahl Consulting Group and has more than 20 years of litigation consulting and accounting experience and specializes in forensic accounting, valuation and business damages. Ms. Womack has provided expert services in matters involving white-collar crime, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, business interruption claims, lost profits, damages claims and business valuation issues. She has been qualified as an expert witness in Federal and State court.
Ms. Womack is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in Florida and New York. She is accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) designation from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
Marie-Eve Girard, CPA - MANAGER
Marie-Eve Girard is a Manager at Stahl Consulting Group. Ms. Girard is a Certified Public Accountant and has provided expert witness testimony at trial and deposition. She is experienced in many areas of forensic accounting and litigation consulting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has a Bachelor degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Ms. Girard is also fluent in French.
Maryse G.C. Kluun, CPA - TAX MANAGER
Maryse Kluun is the Tax Manager at Stahl Consulting Group, P.A. Ms. Kluun is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is experienced in tax planning, preparation and IRS representation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Kluun has a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master of Accountancy degree, with emphasis on Federal Taxation, from the University of South Florida.
Sonya Johnson, CPA - MANAGER
Sonya Johnson is a Manager at the Tampa Office of Stahl Consulting Group. Ms. Johnson is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a licensed CPA in Florida. She is experienced in forensic accounting and commercial litigation and has over ten years of experience in matrimonial litigation. Ms. Johnson has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has provided expert witness testimony at deposition and in court proceedings.
